1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of tospika.com and related digital services offered by Tospika by visitors, members and makers.

Tospika is a promotional and listing platform that makes independent makers' profiles, products and production stories visible. Anyone using the site is deemed to accept these terms.

2. Tospika's role

Tospika is not a seller, buyer, manufacturer, importer, exporter or payment intermediary. Tospika:

• does not conduct product sales, take payments, create orders or manage shipping or delivery;
• is not a party to the sales contract between a maker and a visitor;
• is not responsible for a maker's commitments concerning prices, production times, stock, materials, product safety, shipping, returns, exchanges or after-sales services.

Visitors contact makers directly through Instagram, WhatsApp or other channels listed on maker profiles. Prices, orders, payments, delivery and disputes are matters between the maker and the visitor.

3. Nature of content

Product descriptions, images, prices, production times, care instructions and similar content are supplied by the relevant maker. Tospika may reasonably review content but does not guarantee its accuracy, currency or completeness.

Handmade products may have minor differences in colour, dimensions, texture, pattern and appearance. Before purchasing or ordering, visitors should contact the maker directly to confirm current product details, safety features and conditions.

4. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct and third-party rights. In particular, users must not:

• damage the site, obstruct access or weaken its security;
• use another person's account, data or content without permission;
• share misleading, insulting, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful content;
• copy, reproduce or commercially use Tospika's content, branding or technical infrastructure without permission.

5. Maker profiles and publication

Maker profiles and product content are subject to Tospika's review. Profiles without products may not be published. Significant changes to a published profile or product may be reviewed again, and Tospika may temporarily remove the content during review.

To protect user experience, security, legal compliance or platform integrity, Tospika reserves the right to review content, request corrections, remove content or suspend an account, with or without giving a reason. This authority does not mean that Tospika guarantees the legality of content or makers' activities.

6. Intellectual property

Tospika's logo, design, software, text, visual arrangement and other original elements are protected by intellectual property law. Makers retain their rights to their own content. Users must not upload content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, designs or personality rights.

7. Limitation of liability

Tospika operates the site with reasonable security and continuity objectives but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free access on every device or network. To the extent permitted by law, Tospika shall not be liable for losses arising from maker–visitor relations, defective products, payments, delivery, returns, personal injury, intellectual property infringements or third-party links.

This provision does not exclude Tospika's liabilities that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

8. Changes and governing law

Tospika may update these terms when necessary. The current text takes effect when published on the site. Turkish law governs disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and jurisdiction rules.
